01 / BOOKING REQUESTS

THE MOMENT.
Submitting a booking request does not automatically confirm a project. Perry Visuals will review the request and follow up to confirm availability, project details, pricing, and next steps.
TURNAROUND
Standard projects have an approximate 72-hour turnaround after all required project information and materials have been received.
Rush 24-hour service is $90 for eligible individual graphic projects and is subject to availability.
REVISIONS
Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions or major changes outside the original project scope may require an additional charge.
CLIENT MATERIALS
Clients are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, photos, logos, team information, and other materials needed for the project.
Delays caused by missing or incorrect client-provided information may affect turnaround time.
FINAL DELIVERY
Final high-resolution files will be delivered digitally after the project has been approved and payment has been completed.
CANCELLATIONS
Projects may be cancelled before work begins. Once creative work has started, cancellation and payment terms will be discussed based on the stage of the project.

By submitting a booking request, the client acknowledges that Perry Visuals will review the request before confirming the project. A booking request does not guarantee availability or automatically start creative work.
